HST WORKSHOP - YWCA - June 9th.

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is offering free seminars to help businesses make a smooth transition to the Harmonized Sales tax (HST) in time for July 1, 2010. Find out what steps you need to take to prepare for the changeover and how the HST will affect your business.

The Bracebridge Festival Network is up and running for its second year.

Their plans include production of a cooperative rack card, signage at JD Lang Park and an advertisement/editorial segment in Sun Media’s Escape from the City publication.

The BBFN welcomed 3 new organizations this year. The group includes the following events:

ART IN THE HEART - CALL FOR ENTRY

Have you ever thought about selling your art to the general public? Art in the Heart is a juried outdoor art market that takes place in downtown Bracebridge weekends from July 3 to August 1. Call Jill Harris at 645-5264 and get more information about this innovative art market and how you can participate. Art in the Heart is open to all visual art forms and the deadline to apply has been extended to May twentieth.
