13 Festivals and Events are working together to promote Bracebridge as the "MUST SEE, MUST DO" Muskoka destination in the summer of 2011. The group's summer activities start with the Downtown BIA's Father's Day Car Show with a myriad of activities right through to the end of August. For more information visit the website.
The group recently got the cooperation from local businessman Don Skinner, to install a calendar of activities on a prominent window in the downtown core - here's a picture of the finished product. Thank you Don!

NEW BUSINESS OPENING...
On Saturday morning June 4th, Deputy Mayor Rick Maloney joined Lindsay Woods in opening her new store called the "Little Black Bow". As you can tell by this photo Lindsay was surrounded by her family in celebrating the opening of Little Black Bow. The store features all different types of lingerie for ladies with a small section for men and is located at 28 Manitoba Street. The men's section in something Lindsay has interest in growing over time. Also featured that day was a live model showcasing the pj's available in the store. This is a great new addition to Downtown Bracebridge.
