The Ontario Tourism Education Corporation in partnership with the TIAO and ORHMA are delivering training sessions for owners and managers to help them comply with the customer service standard and to achieve accessible service excellence.
They have also developed and launched a website.
The microsite includes information about the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the customer service standard, and provides tools and resources to help you comply. The site also includes location and date information for the TIAO/ OTEC Workshops being delivered across Ontario.
